All bookings with Sidelined Media must be discussed directly with Kiralee prior to confirmation. No package will be accepted, confirmed, or scheduled until both parties have agreed to the terms and conditions and a contract has been signed.


If a booking is requested but the contract or T&C’s are not signed, no payment will be accepted, and any payments made will be refunded in full. Sidelined Media reserves the right to decline, cancel, or amend any booking prior to contract execution.

Our engagement and wedding events package starts from $500 and includes coverage tailored to your special day. As I’m expanding Sideline Media into weddings and engagement photography, I’m offering this introductory rate while I build experience in these types of events. You’ll still receive high-quality, professional images, captured with care and attention to detail, at a fraction of the usual price.

1. Do you travel for events?

Yes! I’m happy to travel for events, weddings, or motorsport projects. Travel costs may apply depending on the location, so please get in touch to discuss the details and arrange the best option for your event.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Absolutely! I can help you plan your engagement session by suggesting locations, timing, poses, and ideas that suit your style and vision. My goal is to make the experience fun, relaxed, and stress-free while capturing genuine moments.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

All cancellations and reschedules are subject to the terms outlined in our contract. If you need to change your booking, please contact me as soon as possible so we can arrange a new date. Any fees or conditions will follow what is stated in the signed agreement.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All packages include high-quality digital files of your images. Your photos will be shared through a private online gallery, where you can view and download the high-resolution images. I currently do not offer prints or albums, so you’ll have full access to your files to share and print as you wish.

Yes! While I focus solely on photography, I can recommend trusted videographers I’ve worked with who match the style and quality you’d expect. I’m happy to coordinate with them to ensure your event is captured seamlessly.

Absolutely! I welcome any specific poses, shots, or ideas you have. Sharing your vision beforehand helps me capture exactly what you want while still keeping the session natural and authentic.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes! I’m happy to meet in person or virtually before your session. This is a great opportunity to discuss your ideas, go over the plan, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident on the day.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

The turnaround time for your final images depends on the type of shoot:

Weddings and engagement sessions: typically 4–6 weeks

Motorsport and automotive events: usually 2–3 weeks

Other events (parties, corporate functions, portraits, etc.): generally 2–4 weeks


The exact delivery timeframe for your shoot will be clearly outlined in your contract so you know when to expect your high-resolution images.

Absolutely. Share your must-have shots in advance, and I’ll make sure to capture the vehicles, drivers, and moments that matter most to you while keeping the action dynamic.

Both options are available. I can focus on key moments, podiums, and highlights, or provide full event coverage including practice, qualifying, and behind-the-scenes activities.

Yes! I am an accredited motorsport photographer with over three years of experience working trackside at national rally events, circuit racing, and automotive showcases across Australia.

7. What if it rains or the event gets cancelled?

If the event is postponed or cancelled due to weather or other factors, we’ll either transfer your booking to the new date or offer a refund depending on the circumstances. Full details are in our booking policy.

8. I saw you at an event, can I buy photos even if I didn’t pre-book?

Absolutely. If we were at an event you attended, send us your car number or a description and we’ll check our archive to see what we captured.
